Updating requested-counter to include queued QSLs also

As if we extended the coloring of outgoing QSL cards to include queued cards also to get yellow and include them also to the list of "to be printed" cards, we have to count them also in the summary.

reworked QSL-Indicators and print-functions to not only use "R" but also
...
look for "Q" (Queued)... this is logically better if you initiate QSL-sending
by your own... R is for requested by other station to send...
Now we are back to ADIF-Specs-logic :-)

Added option if you want to import missing QSOs. If yes, try to locate station_id, if missing, do not import. Chose to use only 4 chars in gridsquare and like in query, to have the highest success in finding a station_id, since 6 char gridsquares can be entered, as well as multiples gridsquares. Fixes #407 .
