There's a number of issues in Brazilian DXCC entities, namely: - Misspeled state names - Wrong time zone - Wrong ITU zone - Wrong callsign assignment plan This commit addresses these issues, while allowing for a full reversion of the old data, by using UPDATE statements, changing the database to a minimum and being as safe as possible.
